Flan (Cremè Caramel)

Today I post a dessert, an easy to do dessert made with basic ingredients which we always have in the fridge and besides we don't need too many skills to make it. This dessert accepts variations adding ingredients such as, cheese, chocolate, coffee, fruits, vanilla, etc.



Ingredients for 4 people:
-½ L. (17 Oz.) of whole milk.
-4 Eggs.
-6 Tablespoon of Sugar.

-Water.





In a bowl put 4 tablespoon of sugar, break the eggs and whisk all of them. Keep mixing while pouring the milk little by little.
Put the mixture aside and make the caramel. Place a couple of tablespoons of sugar and pour 2 tablespoons of water in a skillet on low heat and let the sugar dissolves into the water. When the caramel turns golden pour it in a custard dish and cover the bottom with it. Then pour the mixture in as well.
Place the custard dish in a glass pan or glass roasting  pan with water and put it in the oven, bake it at 350ºF for 40 minutes. To be sure it is done poke it with a knife,  if the knife comes out clean, the flan is done.!!
Let the flan cool and take it out of the custard dish. READY TO ENJOY!!
