Garlic Chicken Wings with White Wine

I know here in the States there are a million ways to make the chicken wings, and it is the same in Spain.
I´m just posting one of them, it is very similar to the El Chamizo´s, a bar in Malasaña (our neighborhood in Madrid) where my husband and I love to go to eat “alitas”.
-Chicken Wings (Depends on the number of the guests)
-5 or 6 Garlic Cloves for every 10 chicken wings.
-1 or 2 Cups of White Wine (Depends on the number of the chicken wings)
-1 Pinch of Black Pepper.
-Salt.
-Spanish Virgin Olive Oil.

Clean the chicken wings and season them to your liking. Peel and mince the garlic cloves while heating up the olive oil in a deep pan. Put the chicken wings in the pan at medium/high heat and when the chicken wings are crisp and golden add the garlic, mix everything. Once the garlic is browned, remove the excess oil and pour the white wine till it covers the wings (if it is necessary add water) and increase the heat to evaporate the alcohol.
Let the sauce reduce until it gets thick and serve. You are gonna LICK THE BONES!!
